We may also be able to copy it off your web site if you have one Customer Supplied Design:Send artwork in a PC format, .tiff file (preferred), but .jpeg also works, see Acceptable Media Formats below. Refer to general guidelines in "Creating Your Own Design." If color matching is critical, supply relevant PMS numbers. Badge/ Card Information:The variable information such as names, titles, employee numbers can be sent electronically in Microsoft Excel (PC format). It can also be emailed, faxed or mailed as a list. Photographs:Should be sent in .jpeg or .tiff formats. Please cross reference the file name of the photograph to your supplied list. We need to know which photo matches up to which name PVC Card Color:Standard is- White Sparkle- Silver or Gold Colors- Tan, Grey, Beige, Red, Yellow, Orange or Light Blue Take a look at our PVC Colors page for samples Attachments Options:Indicate your preference for attachments. If you are going to use our mix and match option, please indicate which people get what attachment. Standard is- Pin or clip Other- Extra strong magnet backs Pocket inserts Clip with strap Pin/Clip combo Lanyards (special order) Take a look at our Attachments page for samples Other options:Bar Codes or Magnetic Encoding- contact for instructions Framed Badges- choose from pin back or magnet back Acceptable Media Formats:We can accept electronic files on 3.5" disks, 100mb zip disks or CD-Roms all in PC formats.
