Create Your Own Design

If you want to design your own badge or ID card follow these guidelines:

Maximum printable area is 3.15" x 1.9". Any size smaller is fine. The actual size of the PVC Blank is 3.375 x 2.125" (same as a credit card). If you want to use the full size, leave some white space around your design.

Submit your artwork as a .tiff or .jpeg file, .tiff is preferred due to the higher resolution. Let us know which font(s) you used. If we don’t have one of them you’ll need to Include the font file for an exact match.

If you want badges for a list of names, include a graphic file with a name shown, and a graphic file without the name. Include a text or excel file with the names.

Some Suggestions:
bulletDon’t make the background art too busy. A clean design is usually the best
bulletIn most cases the name should be set in the largest text
bulletDon’t put too much information on your badge. Remember this is a name badge not a business card
bulletName badges are intended to be seen from 2 to 3 feet away for about 2 seconds. Test your design this way
